We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, please review our returns policy below.


Returns

You may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, components, and accessories are included

  • The product shows no signs of damage, misuse, or installation

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns where:

  • The product has been used, installed, or modified

  • The product has been damaged due to incorrect use or installation

  • The return request is made outside of the 14-day return window


Return Process

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos or videos showing the issue

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Yard Guard is a training aid, and results may vary depending on the horse and usage.

Returns will not be accepted based on behavioural expectations or training outcomes.
