Yard Guard is designed as a training aid to help discourage stable door kicking behaviour.

By purchasing and using this product, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The product does not guarantee behavioural change

  • Results may vary depending on the individual horse

  • The product must be used responsibly and appropriately

  • The user is solely responsible for installation and use

Equivara accepts no responsibility for misuse of the product.

3. Animal Welfare

Yard Guard is designed to provide a humane, non-harmful response to behaviour.

However:

  • Users are responsible for ensuring the product is suitable for their horse

  • Equivara is not liable for any stress, behavioural reaction, or unintended effects

  • The product should not be used in a way that compromises animal welfare

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Equivara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • This includes (but is not limited to):

    • injury to animals

    • injury to persons

    • property damage

    • loss of income

Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

5. Installation & Use

  • The product must be installed securely and correctly

  • Users are responsible for ensuring safe installation

  • Equivara is not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation

6. Product Modifications

  • Any modification to the product voids all liability

  • The product must not be altered or tampered with

7. Warranty Disclaimer

The product is provided “as is” except where required by law.

Equivara makes no guarantees beyond statutory consumer rights.
